Can't recognize resources inside Moodle folders

Thank you for this simple yet effective extension.
I don't have any problem with resources divided per arguments, as moodle-downloader is capable of downloading them recreating the folder structure. However the extension doesn't seem to recognize resources located inside Moodle folders, even If I open the extension inside one of them.

Hi @AlphaJack,

Thanks for reporting the issue. Since, I am not a student (i.e. don't have access to moodle) anymore I can't really do much without having to inspect the html of the page.

Having said that I'd be more than happy to accept a PR!

For some reason, it won't work for all courses. Thus, I implemented my own downloader rssws/moodle-dl-ext.
