Starting this issue to collect installation prerequisites required by 3rd party libs in order to not miss anything out.

RocksDB Java on Windows:
- Requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable package to be installed. https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/wiki/RocksJava-Basics#maven
