Clear and concise description of the problem

At the moment, I have alternate hreflang and canonical URLs in my <head>. However, these are not seen by the tool when detecting follow-links. Because I don't have a physical language selector yet, the localized versions of my site aren't tested.

Suggested solution

There are two options:

  • Follow alternate hrefs and canonicals by default.
  • Add --follow-alternate and --follow-canonical to ask the tool to follow these URLs too.

I saw that the --follow-alternate seems to be supported by the --enable-i18n-pages option, but the Enable scanning pages which use x-default. is not fully correct.

I will change the issue a bit.
