Flash is still used for exploiting browsers. The last flash 0day was publicly found some weeks ago.
According to statistics from google chrome flash seems to be pretty much dead:

I'm not sure forcefully removing software is a great thing to do.
I'm open to options though.

A way to disable flash under Windows10 would be great

I propose a mechanism that looks for the most common obsolete software (flash, java plugins; adobe reader; ...) and gives the user an warning to update or remove the software...

sadly Microsoft only removed his own installations with KB4577586, so there still might be custom version from Adobe Installer out there. => #75
