Libraries/Inbox showing empty after docker restart

Describe the issue
I’m running an HPX docker container.
Every time I restart the container the library/inbox etc shows blank. However I can go into the metadata scanning section of the GUI. I have configured the happypandax user for the data and content dirs and am using a Postgres db.
I figure I must be missing something crucial

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Docker-compose up —force-recreate (not that I do this but it forces a recreate) on the project running HPX
2. Log in to the GUI and see that all of my uploaded content appears to be missing

Expected behavior
All imported/downloaded content will be visible and easily accessed

Logs
I can add these but I feel that since I’ve “corrected” the issue with a reindex they may not be accurate or show the issue. If the cause is not obvious I can attempt to “break” things again and capture the logs at this time.

Screenshots
Issues mostly “repaired” even though fix is temporary. Library/inbox show “1 - 0” for the galleries listed

Environment:

• OS: Mankato - Arch
• Browser and browser version [e.g. chrome 61, firefox 60]
• HPX Version 0.13.3

Additional context
I have been able to get the content to display again by running the reindex command but I don’t understand why it knows the content is there but won’t display it.
