Merging downloaded inbox entries into content directory

Currently the downloads seem to live in the downloads folder by default. Personally I believe that once something is downloaded and in the inbox, if you are going to move it to your library, at that point you should have the option to move it to the content directory. The downloads folder much like the inbox just being a staging directory.

There is a way to do it but as a feature request I would an easier option added to the gui with menu enties instead of editing the options yaml box, which if you dont know you need to escape characters is confusing'

also as a last cleanup step after moving remove the empty folder from the downloads folder
