安装Winpcap的时候选择这个选项了吗？

选了，但是启动程序的时候还是提示不行。

我第一次用这个应用需要管理员权限运行才不会有提示，原因不明

又试了一下，大概是第一次需要，可能检测wincap这个行为需要管理员权限

我遇到了一台电脑，不管怎么折腾都没用（1803）
然后一台1809又没什么问题。

卸载掉npcap 有冲突
