比如Restriction插件阻止请求，直接响应403，无法统计在Prometheus中。

是希望 rider 插件提供指标相关的功能？目前内部版本已经支持 rider 插件定义自己的指标，可参考 https://github.com/hango-io/rider/blob/main/docs/rider_v2.md 中的 metric 相关的 api。

希望插件响应状态码，可以记录在对应的route指标上。
