[Bug]: Missing cell borders

Describe the bug

When I set the cell border style, the left border of the cells at the left edge of the table and the top border of the cells at the top edge of the table disappear.

We have a dedicated option to set custom borders, and recommend using this instead: https://handsontable.com/docs/javascript-data-grid/formatting-cells/#custom-cell-borders

As you can see, with that, the borders are applied correctly.
