My personal number is in the contact.vcf but over time this has become more and more vulnerable to spam. The area code in my phone number also is misleading. This issue tracks changing the number on the contact.vcf

It's probably good that it doesn't save an external file into the contact as it could have security vulnerabilities.

2. go to https://www.vcfgenerator.com/
3. copy PHOTO line from generated VCF and paste into existing one or just use that one.
