[Bug] seafile do_check_dir_locked that not follow seafile-ignore.txt

before seafile sync repo, do_check_dir_locked will be invoked,but this function seems check all the folder even the folder was ignored,if those folder has recursive symlink and seafile will consume huge memory that will lead os crash.
