Following up #596 we should allow extension of the tags page. I'm putting this in a new ticket as it has much lower priority.

Allow to extend faceted search for more filters or order by-clauses added by plugins
Allow to add some sort of blocks to the page to allow to display statistics or other things as suggested by myself in New tags page #596. Might be for plugins, might also be core functionality.
