Native support for Markdown syntax

Consider enabling Markdown code within Glyph, maybe in selected macros like section or similar.

RedCarpet (https://github.com/vmg/redcarpet) sounds like a good canditate as Markdown parsing library: fast and highly customizable. A custom renderer could be easily implemented to render custom XML code (DITA, Docbook).
