h2o-nitro needs conda packaging ; pypi is missing source distributions

h2o-nitro and its variants are only on PyPi and not on conda-forge or h2o.ai

1. h2o-nitro
2. h2o-nitro-altair
3. h2o-nitro-bokeh
4. h2o-nitro-matplotlib
5. h2o-nitro-plotly
6. h2o-nitro-web

For compatibility with rest of the conda-forge ecosystem and conda users - it would be beneficial to provide source distributions on Pypi too
