New WYSIWYG markdown cells do not get passed over when shift + enter is pressed

ctrl + enter does still work to insert a new cell below.

In my opinion shift + enter should just move you into the next cell so that the user doesn't shift+enter a few cells of code and then get stuck because they hit a markdown cell.
