Would be great is besides -h1 there was also a -h2 option to display the second highest heading as the page name

It looks feasible (according to https://www.dokuwiki.org/devel:metadata the h2 titles might be available in the metadata). I'm afraid I won't have time to add this feature soon, but if someone submit a pull request, I'll be glad to look at it!
