Support the full range of states (default > hover > pressed) to buttons/interactive areas across the app.

Current behavior:
Global opacity on pressed state to reflect interaction.

Revised behavior:
Intentional hover and pressed states where feasible to better support mouse/trackpad use.

This includes circle, rectangle, menu, wonder buttons.
