Please add a field for user ID and scheduled expiration for the updateFeature API

Hello, I had a thread with August Allard about this feature request

TLDR, it would be great if the updateFeature API can allow us to send a force rule WITH expiration (like how we are able to set expiration on the UI). A user field would be useful as well, because currently, it just says the rule was edited via API, instead of the actual person. Thanks!
