Edge WebDriver has changed location on newer Windows 10 #428

If running Edge WebDriver on a newer Windows 10, default location points to an non-existing location.

Change from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Web Driver\" to "C:\windows\syswow64\" in EdgeDriver.java

Recommended way to install driver is using DISM:
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Microsoft.WebDriver~~~~0.0.1.0
