grid extra need to catchup with new selenium release #417

Grid extra using 3.5.x selenium server. There are lot of changes in recent selenium grid and with those changes extras code is broken. Please upgrade the grid to 3.14.0 version

@smccarthy there is a pull request #413 from @damencho to use new selenium servers. Can you pls merge it if you find them working fine? Now grid extra is out of sync with new selenium grid 3.14

@smccarthy I tested above pull request. I think there are still few changes required at the moment. Nodes are not able to register with hub as of now. Till that part is fixed lets hold on from merging these changes.

@smccarthy can you pls ask somebody to take a look at the bugs and fix the gris extras? this is in broken state for a while now and no one is working on them.

Hi @shankarkc. As mentioned in this repo, @smccarthy is no longer actively working on SeleniumGridExtras due to other priorities. He is trying to give me permissions to merge and commit. Hopefully when this is in place I can merge this PR quickly.

One idea I had was, I can merge any PRs people want/know to be safe. Then someone can fork this repo to their own. That might be the best and easiest solution. Thoughts ?
