No stops or addresses in UK

Describe the bug
I have the UK TLEM area set loaded. Searching for any address in the search bar doesn't return any results. When browsing the map, no stops or other information other than the base map are visible. Attempting to search for locations in the journey planner also fails to load any results.

I have tried searching for standard addresses, postcodes, area names, and the names of specific bus stops (as taken from other apps) to the same effect.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load UK TLEM area set
2. Click on journey planner.
3. Enter any text in the search field.
4. See null result.

Versions (please complete the following information):

• Transportr Version: 2.1.5
• Device: Fairphone 4 5G
• Android Version: 13
• Installed via Google Play Store.

This might be an upstream bug (we use public-transport-enabler as a backend to fetch all the data), see UK issues reported there: https://github.com/schildbach/public-transport-enabler/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+uk .
We also had similar issues in the past, like #526 and #455, but in those cases it seemed to be nothing Transportr can do about.

What does this look like? Also in which area in the UK were you having this issue or is it a general problem everywhere?
