Not sending notifications in production using with heroku

I'm using this gem to send iOS notifications it's working in development but not in production and there is no error.

Generated .pem with private key as suggested in documentation

I've been running into this issue lately and suspect it is related to this new multi-topics related certificate. I've been searching for a fix for 2 days. I could definitely use some help as well.

Unfortunately I'm not actively using Grocer in any current projects, and haven't had time to keep on top of it. So I'd not be surprised if something changed on Apple's side that is now breaking Grocer. ☹️

As mentioned in the README, we really need to upgrade to the HTTP/2 APNS protocol. But, again... time. If anyone here is interested/has time to lead such an effort, I'll do what I can to support, and get it out there!
