The main file is in tools/funcs.cpp, run_lib generates the files.

In case this gets taken down by the powers that be, there is also
rubygems.org/gems/foundationallib. It is not really a ruby project, but the more mirrors, the more sites I can get for this, the better.
I can see why this project might make some people mad or deranged.
