Plugin window cut off on laptop screen #41

Some of the plugin gets cut off on a 1366x768 resolution in FL Studio (A common laptop/netbook resolution).

Potential suggestions:

Move Master Volume/Freq to top area (beside Mode/Info)
Move the FM Matrix up a bit, around where the Master text would be
Swap LFO title text fields to be below the LFO, to underpin instead of overpin.
Tighten the padding of elements a bit
Make it resizable, but optimize so that text is still readable.
