Investigate the I/O patterns of the Grey-Scott Model

Try varying the different parameters of the GS model and seeing how this affects the total amount of I/O being performed. Ideally, you would be able to produce a graph saying which variables had impact on the total I/O size.

List the directories (or filenames) where the data is being output to as well. It's useful for buffering in Hermes so we can ignore irrelevant data.
