Indicate capacity:disabled/parking_space=disabled on amenity=parking_space

Hello,
I would like to ask you to add symbols for disabled parking spaces on the OSM map for the tags "capacity:disabled=*" and "amenity=parking_space". At the moment there are symbols for bicycle parking spaces or motorbike parking spaces, for example. I miss a symbol for disabled parking spaces with a blue "P" connected to a wheelchair symbol.

This issue overlaps with #81 - i am changing the issue title to indicate this is about indicating when amenity=parking_space is reserved for disabled people - #81 is for indicating that an amenity=parking has reserved spaces for disabled people.

For amenity=parking_space there is competing tagging:

• capacity:disabled=* - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:capacity:disabled
• parking_space=disabled - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:parking_space%3Ddisabled
