Show compatible versions for each component in the Saga portal

Why is this needed:

As a cloud plugin developer I'm trying to make my plugin compatible with all the Grafana versions that exist in Grafana Cloud.
This makes it almost impossible to use new components from grafana/ui, which I can live with for now.
However, I'd like to know in which Grafana versions each component got introduced, so I could quickly check if I can use that component without any headache.

What would you like to be added:

It would be great if the Saga portal showed this information: in which Grafana versions each component got introduced.
