This is similar to #40, but in the sdata/timeseries package instead of sdata/numeric.
Time series data frames (Long and Wide) are currently being sorted by metric names and metric labels. @grafana/observability-metrics believes that this sorting is unnecessary and a potential source of unwanted behavior (see related sdata/numeric issue: grafana/grafana#85689).
To resolve this, we can take a similar approach as we did in grafana/grafana#85689 (see related PRs in the issue description).
