Can't generate clips

my current configuration is as follows:

with my clip config as:

"clip": { "render_height": "600", "render_width": "800", "render_timeout": "60", "canvas_height": "600", "canvas_width": "800", "delay": "2000" }

Remediation steps: I increased timeout to 6000 but still couldn't get .gif clip to generate properly. A placeholder .gif file is generated in the `clips` directory but is only 1byte, containing no data.
