[Creating campaign] How to set different email template for each one on the group ?

Currently, when I want to create a campaign, I assign a unique email template who will be sent for all person of the group.
I would like to create a campaign with differents email template and set a specific template for each person in the group selected.
Have you an idea of how to deal with this usecase ?
