Description

Diesel(the drink) doesnt work in the combustion generator

Steps to reproduce

1. get diesel
2. get a combustion generator
3. fill up a welding tank with diesel
4. try to put it inside the combustion generator

Expected Behavior

I expected the engine to run on diesel

@Azrun This is technically a bug based on commit 598b15b.

@TobleroneSwordfish You'll probably need to add diesel to the "valid_fuels" list and give it a fuel value, it isn't in there as of now.
