Core pillars:

• Material stats are applied across all materials (no materials will null hardness/conductivity/etc etc)

• Remove arbitrary material alloying, add more materials/recipes

• Items track how much material they are made of/reclaim into

Implementation stuff:

• material proc triggers to signals

• possibly componentize some of this stuff? Unsure.
