Hello,

I would like to be able to use the function regex_match from SQLAlchemy. https://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/14/core/sqlelement.html#sqlalchemy.sql.expression.ColumnOperators.regexp_match

At the moment, sqlalchemy returns an error:

CompileError: bigquery dialect does not support regular expressions

It looks like that BigQuery has a function REGEX_CONTAINS and REGEX_MATCH,
So we would need to make the regex_match of SQLAlchemy use these functions of BigQuery.
