Steps to reproduce

  1. Go https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/api-reference.html

  2. Select the v0.16.0, https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/0.16.0/api-reference.html

  3. API References Page is not empty.

  4. Select v0.16.1, https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_manufacturers/api-reference.html

  5. API References Page is empty.

Version 0.34.0 of the Cloud Storage library has an empty API reference page as well: https://hexdocs.pm/google_api_storage/0.34.0/api-reference.html
