Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a Pull Request is opened, it would be great if there was a param for reviewers and assignees.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe adding reviewers: [ 'pragmaticivan' ] and assignees: ['pragmaticivan' ]. (Defaults to empty array)
