The name of this repository made sense when there was only one PDK for SkyWater process nodes. Now that an open source PDK for SkyWater's 90nm FDSOI process technology is under development (see this announcement) which is named sky90fd-pdk and there is also the new GlobalFoundries 180nm MCU PDK named gf180mcu-pdk this repository should be called sky130-pdk.
