Expected Behavior

Should be able to build a conda environment from the environment.yml file

Actual Behavior

Conda complains about invalid yaml syntax

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

conda env update --name skywater-pdk-scripts --file environment.yml

Specifications

Version: commit 3d7617a
Platform: Ubuntu 20.04
