Description

As described by https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/next/core-api/protection-keys.html. Currently (AFAIK) we have no one asking for this; this is just a tracking bug.

Don't XSAVE PKRU state.

We don't implement any of the `pkey_*` syscalls, so applications can't use
protection keys.
