It would be useful to be able to cache the generated data locally for playback (and for example, using on non-network-connected hosts).

Edit: I misunderstood how this works. I think a small playback utility would be useful without requiring the additional conversion tools.

You mean if you already have cached files, don't require ffmpeg, etc.?
