Add Component Descriptor Subfield Type

There are instances where components require their own descriptors, similar to measurement descriptors. Consider adding them and refactoring the way certain fields are implemented.

For example: evaporator_fan_run_command, where evaporator is a component descriptor for fan; alternatively, consider allowing multiple components, where evaporator and fan would both be components.
