GoldenDict for Android already does support Abbyy LSD format, both the user and system dictionaries.
Also, another independent C++ implementation of LSD format parser has been opened recently.
Currently, GoldenDict for PC supports Lingvo's LSA audio library format, plus Lingvo's text-based DSL format, but not the binary/packed LSD one.

Anyway, there is a decompiler from LSD to DSL and it works fine: https://github.com/nongeneric/lsd2dsl
