我們是 Circle，全球前五大加密貨幣 USDC 穩定幣的發行商，在前年併購了提供加密資產託管服務的台灣新創 CYBAVO 博歐科技。除了穩定幣的業務之外，Circle 在去年上線了全新的產品線：以開發者為核心的「Web3 Services」。Web3 Services 的概念類似於 AWS for Blockchain，能透過 API 整合，快速打造安全且支援各種鏈與幣種的區塊鏈服務。目前有三個主要的產品：Programmable Wallets、Smart Contract Platform 以及 Gas Station，台灣團隊主要負責的就是 Programmable Wallets 的開發。

我們目前在尋找區塊鏈工程師加入團隊：Circle is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team at Circle. As a Blockchain Engineer, you will play a critical role in connecting various blockchains to our wallet infrastructure and maintaining the underlying code. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our service and blockchain nodes, enabling seamless interaction between the two.

工作地點

混合工作模式，可以自由選擇在家上班，或是到位於信義區的辦公室吹冷氣。
有的同事住在中南部，只有偶爾有 all-hands meeting 或是 team building 活動的時候才會上來台北！

工作內容

• Evaluate new blockchain technologies and their capabilities.
• Develop and validate cryptographic implementations.
• Create highly performant code that is clean, simple, maintainable, and battle-tested with test-driven development (TDD) for maximum test coverage
• Drive continuous improvement in the tech stack.

能力需求

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise with cryptography, blockchain technologies, and the underlying fundamentals and mathematics.
• Technical understanding of blockchain technologies, including but not limited to BIPs, UTXO, EVM, Nakamoto Consensus, and cryptography.
• Familiar with the Golang Web Framework like Gin, Fasthttps and know the golang develop related tool like go mod, go lint, etc
• Willingness to pick up new and emerging bleeding-edge blockchain technologies
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with remote teams, share ideas, and present concepts effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of secure cryptosystem operating practices is required.

加分能力

• Advanced degree in cryptography, computer science, mathematics, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Experience participating or maintaining in open-source software development is highly preferred.
• Experience with writing smart contracts would be a plus.

面試流程

• HR 面試（約 45 分鐘）
• 線上程式測驗（約 90 分鐘）
• Technical Interview*3（60 分鐘 x 2 + 90 分鐘 x 1）
• Behavioral Interview*3 （60 分鐘 x 3）

約一個月可以完成所有面試流程

薪資範圍

• Base Pay Range: NT$2,170,000 - $2,975,000（月薪：180K - 247K）
• Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%
