• I have tried updating the mod file with go version toolchain go1.21.9 to avoid CodeQL warning. but is not compatible with Go v1.20 so the old version workflow build is failing

for now, we will get this warning even though we have fixed this.

The CodeQL team mentioned if we get this warring and the Workflow run is successful then nothing to worry about.
