This theme is amazing, great work! I want to work on some modifications but all the CSS/JS is minified, even in the dev branch. What's the best and easiest way to undo/redo that for development?

Any tips on making modifications that will survive an update you make? For now I am just including a custom.css but I realize now that making changes to the various .hbs templates will not survive any updates you make. This is easy to do in Wordpress but I have no idea how to do it in ghost.
