Library blocks compiling

What happened?

When the package is included, i cannot run the totality of my project tests.

What did you expect to happen?

To the package to at least let me compile the project

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

macOS x64; go version 1.21.5;
include the package and use it

@Jantalus I'm guessing you're running into the long-running compilation process of the ZetaSQL bindings.
