feat: real address tag with string #22

In latest version (v4.1.0), real address feature was added.
But it can be used only with faker.RealAddress struct, it makes hard to seed database.

would be better provide address with string

For example,
"8888 Cummings Vista Apt. 101, Susanbury, NY 95473"
