Tilix Screen Size

Im trying to get Tilix and Bashtop to work together. Tilix, in borderless barless full screen is reporting a screen size of 79x39 whereas others even with a border and bar report a screen size of 88x36. Some even higher than that. I really don't care for other terminal emulators. I want to use tilix. How can I manipulate it such that it reports a larger screen size? Ive also tried reducing margins, spacing, etc.
