Wrong card count

Problem description

Please describe the issue concisely in here. In case of an error: Walk us through the steps you took to get there. What happened? What did you expect to happen?

There were no issues for the past month or so. Then for the past few days, it has been saying that I have completed significantly less cards than I actually did. For example, I have completed 341 cards so far today but the heat map says that I reviewed 145 cards today.
