Checklist

Please replace the space inside the brackets with an x if the following items apply:

  • I've verified that I use the latest version of the add-on by redownloading it from AnkiWeb
  • I've verified that I use the latest version of Anki by checking at https://apps.ankiweb.net#download
  • I've checked if anyone else asked this question before by looking through the issue reports.

Your question

I've got the latest version of Anki ⁨(2.1.43) and just installed the Heatmap review add-on. However, it's only possible to change the theme of the display but not the colour of the font used (e.g. "Daily average"). The current colour makes it difficult to see the text depending on the background - see image. Even with no background, the coloured text is often too bright to see against a white background... it seems you're damned if you choose a dark background and you're damned if you choose a white background with no flexibility.

I checked a previous post that brought this issue up but no one found a solution, and the developer didn't even check it.
