Bug description

When creating tickets with empty ANS fields, GLPI adds the ANS that are established in the rules, but when a ticket is created and a TTR or TTWON date is added in the creation, the rules do not work and do not update these dates.

An example is this ticket in which I assigned the manual TTO and when I clicked create it did not update it. But the TTR did take it since the field had been empty.
